I love the peace, the grace, and the compassion of this sentiment. Some days I genuinely wish I could see the world this way, especially myself. I have struggled recently with the ugly, unhealed behavior I have witnessed in my community: people living out their unresolved traumas in ways that harm a community very close to my heart. As much as I aspire to the grace expressed in this sentiment, I am finding it hard to apply this ideal to some of the every day garbage I am witnessing.
